こんにちは。pepeneeです。今日は、スキルアップに興味がある私が、ケアマネジャーの次に努力したのがなぜ英語だったのかをお話しします。
Hello. It's pepenee. Today, I'm interested in improving my skills, and I'd like to talk about why I chose English as my next effort after becoming a care manager.
①2035年まで、介護支援専門員（ケアマネジャー）は売り手市場。

これから、2025年問題が始まります。高齢者のボリュームゾーン団塊世代が全員75歳以上を迎えます。ケアマネジャーは、この2025年以降、10年間は安定してお仕事があると言われています。なぜなら、団塊世代のITスキルが高くなく、介護のサービスを提案、利用案内するケアマネジャーの仕事は一層増えるからです。本来、ケアマネジャーのお仕事は、利用者さんの状態に応じて、介護サービス、医療サービスを生活に組み込んで、その人らしい、満足度の高い生活を実現するお手伝いをするお仕事です。この介護サービス、医療サービスを手配するには、ITスキルが欠かせないですし、また、ケアマネジメントの技術も必要です。また、介護保険を利用するには、ケアマネを通さないと、利用料金も10割負担して、その後、9割帰ってくるというめんどくささがあり、ケアマネを利用する利用者さんがほとんどだと思います。そういう訳もあり、ケアマネは2035年頃まで安定的にお仕事があると言えそうです。

This is because the IT skills of the baby boomer genetation are not very high, and the work of care managers who propose and guide the use of nursing care servises will increase even further. Essntially, the job of a care manager is to incorporate nursing care and medical services into the lives of users, depending on their condition, and to help them achieve a life that is uniquely their own and highly satisfying. In order to arrange these nursing care and medical services, IT skills are esssential, as well as care management skills. In addition, in order to use nursing care insurance, if you do not go through a care manager, you will have to pay 100% of the usage fee and then have 90%returned, which is a hassle, so I think most users use a care manager. For this reason, it can be said that care managers will have stable dobs untill around 2035.

そして、日本の今後についても触れておきます。ご存じのとおり、日本の人口動態はいびつなつぼ型をしています。この少子高齢化は、今後さらに拍車がかかると思います。ひょっとすると、このブログを読んでいる若い方も、海外に出稼ぎに行った方もいるかもしれません。そして、円安。この物価高は、景気が良くて物価が上がっている訳ではありません。金融緩和政策で、日本政府はお金を刷り、株や債券を買って日本を表面上経済的に下支えしてきました。つまり、円を実態の価値以上に10年間増やしてきた訳です。現在のインフレは、円安、コストプッシュ型の物価高です。つまり、売り上げが上がらなくて、景気が悪く、賃金が上がらないインフレ、スタグフレーションです。この傾向は、まだまだ慢性的に続くと思います。
I would also like to touch on Japan's future. As you know, Japan's demographics are shaped like an irregular pot. I think this declining birthrate and aging population will accelerate further in the future. There may be young people reading this blog who have gone overseas to work. And the yen is weak. This rise in prices does not mean that the economy is doing well and prices are rising. Through its monetary easing policy, the Japanese goverment has been printing money and buying stocks and bonds to ostensibly support Japan economically. In other words, the yen has been increasing for 10 years beyond its actual value. The current inflation is caused by aweak yen and cost-push prices. In other wards, sales are not increasing, the economy is in a bad state, and wages are not increasing, which is inflation, or stagflation. I think this trend will continue chronically.
③これからの日本は、衰退していく事が考えられる。

2035年までは、介護、ケアマネのお仕事がどんどん必要になる事は先述しました。この先、日本の担い手がいなくなる未来、外国との個人的な関係でお金を稼いでいく必要性がありそうです。私は、将来、ケアマネも英語を話す必要性が出てくると考えています。日本に住む外国人労働者の高齢化が進んできているからです。また、英語が出来れば、インターネットで海外に繋ぎ、英語で仕事が出来る時代です。オーストラリアにあるAPPENという会社をご存じでしょうか？こちらの会社はITの会社で、世界中の人にインターネットを通じて働いてもらっている会社です。時給も2000円程です。正直、英語さえできれば、簡単な副業は海外でした方が良いと言えるかもしれません。私は現在、障害ケアマネでフリーランスをして暮らしていますが、こちらの契約が切れたら、オーストラリアのAPPENで働いて自分の英語力を試してみたいと思っています。また、英語を習得していれば、日本の悪い慣習から脱出し、英語講師、英語翻訳、英語入力など様々な仕事の可能性を秘めています。

I believe that in the future, care managers will also need to speak English. This is because the number of foreign workers living in Japan is aging. Also, if you can speak English, you can connect overseas via the Internet and work in English. Do you know about a company called append in Australia? This company is an IT company that allows people all over the world to work through the Internet. The hourly wage is also around 2000 yen. To be honest, as long as you can speak English, it might be better to do a simple side job overseas. I am currently working as a freelance care manager for people with disabilities, but when my contract ends, I would like to work at Appen in Australia and test my English skills. Also, if you learn English, you will be able to escape from Japan's bad customs and have the possibility of finding a variety of jobs such as English instructors, English translators, and English inputters.
オーブンワールドのゲームで、海外の方とチャットしながら、自然に英語を学ぶ小中学生も増えてきており、時代はまさに地球を舞台にした冒険活劇。私も、英語力を磨いて、様々な年代の世界中の人々とコミュニケーションを楽しみたいと思います。
