出来るだけネタバレせずに感想を書いていきたいと思っています。ぜひ皆さんにも見て頂きたい作品になっています。信じられない程の長寿の魔法使いのエルフ、フリーレンが主人公。勇者ヒンメル達と10年の魔王討伐の旅に出て、帰ってきた凱旋から物語は始まります。
I would like to write my impressions without spoiling as much as possible. This is a work that I would like everyone to see. The main character is Freelen, a magical elf with an incredibly long lifespan. The story begins with the triumphant return of the hero Himmel and his friends after a 10-year jorney to subjugate the Demon King.
②平和が訪れた世界、その後大切ななにかを取り戻すかのように…

しかし、フリーレンにとっては、10年の月日は一瞬です。勇者たちとの旅の思い出も、さほど大切なものだと思っておらず、また、人間のことを知る意味もわからない感じです。そこで、人間という儚い一生を宿命づけられた存在をもっと知る旅に出ます。

作中、フリーレンの師匠、大魔法使いフランメが出てきます。また、フリーレン自身にも弟子が登場します。登場していく人物たちが、師匠から弟子へ、その弟子からそのまた弟子へ、大切な何かを受け継いでいきます。そんな中、人間臭いだらしなさや、意外なくだらなさも含めて、物語は進んでいきます。今の日本が失った、世代の継承です。世代が分断し、老人が年金を生産年齢世代から受け取り、氷河期世代が貧乏くじを引き、Z世代が絶望する。つまり、この30年間の間に、年上の役割と年下の役割が完全に崩壊した結果の世代間断絶が存在しています。年上はいかにふるまうべきか、年下はいかにふるまうべきか、あまり堅苦しくならないように体育会系のノリでもなく、やさしさ、思いやりをベースに描いていきます。

In other words, over the past 30 years, there has been a generational disconnect resulting from a complete collapse of older and younger roles. How older people should behave, how younger people should behave, etc. This anime draw based on kindness and consideration, rather than an athletic style, so as not to be too formal.
③あの頃の居酒屋の大将から教わったオムレツの焼き方。

今思えば、18歳の頃大学在学中に働いていた居酒屋の大将や、統合失調症になって出会った今の主治医、介護福祉士専門学校の恩師、人生の節目節目で師匠と呼べる方々がpepeneeにはいました。大学在学中の居酒屋バイトは目の回る忙しさでした。必死にお店を回すこと4年。大将はやっとオムレツの焼き方を教えてくれました。その頃には時給は900円から1000円に引き上げられていました。あの大将からのオムレツの焼き方は、今も僕の料理に引き継がれています。また、4年間で習得した居酒屋の味も、酒、醤油、みりん、砂糖、出汁の配分を自分の舌で再現できます。師匠から受け継いだものは、やはり自分の財産になっていると思います。

I believe that what I inherited from my master(owner and teacher) is my own asset.
